court dispositions?
Looking for disposition of case against LDS for negligent supervision in 1975 case. My brother drowned @ Crazy Horse Campground, California and I just came across the article a few weeks ago. Article also mentions Crazy Horse with dangerous conditions which my step-mother also included. I am seeking a database or similar to assist me in what happened to the case. I remember distinctly @ the time of my brother’s death that a lawsuit had been filed but family members insisted I was making much ado about nothing, quite the contrary. Surely somebody can provide me with the answer. I don’t know whether it would be a criminal or civil case
