Know Any Pre-Treatments To Keep White Suits…White?

Like Stain Master for carpet or Kiwi Camp Dry for leather.

I need something that will give me peace of mind…a little at least.

Thanks…

Ready ?

With DuPont’s miracle of science or DuPont’s finish, you might be okay spraying it with a vacuum cleaner except for the really big bugs, that is of course, after painting a number three on your seventy four Camaro.

Seriously ?
The above No Bull may do the trick.

General Primer regardless the pre-cleaner or cleaners used.

Chemicals
– Avoid products with Silicone (1) or Petroleum: they will seal the pores in the leather and lead to cracks and rot. Solvents cause leather to dry become brittle;
– Avoid strong alkaline cleaners able to neutralise acid; note label for pH neutral. (2)
– Leather tends to be porous and absorbent; consult a professional should stains go beneath the surface;

Application of all cleaners
– Use diluted small portions and add concentrate as you proceed;
– Do a spot test (cotton butt): test first on a small inconspicuous space before proceeding;
– Remember to prepare the leather first, such as removal of mildew outside to avoid releasing mildew spores inside your home.

Miscellaneous home maintenance remedies (not recommended on expensive leather)
– Sometimes, one part to five parts moisturizing neutral pH soap and water is all it takes;
– Use vinegar in moderation, five parts to one.

Storage
– Store in a dark, dry cabinet or use a dehumidifier or heat the room and open the windows to release the humid air. Too dry an atmosphere will cause cracking over time as will ultraviolet fade the dye process;
– When wet, let jacket dry naturally. Do not use a hair dryer or place the item near a heat source to dry.

Purchase selection
– Always use suggestions of pre-cleaners from the manufacturer first;
– Note type of leather, treated or untreated, dye and finish.
– No such thing as a cure-all product;
– Do not stinge excessively on a non-abrasive leather cleaners the first time round;
– Consult a professional leather cleaner in the event of stain removal.

Camping is an outdoor recreational activity. The participants, known as campers, leave urban areas, their home region, or civilization and enjoy nature while spending one or several nights, usually at a campsite, which may have cabins. Camping may involve the use of a tent, a primitive structure, or no shelter at all.Camping as a recreational activity became popular in the early 20th century. Campers frequent national parks, other publicly owned natural areas, and privately owned campgrounds.Camping is also used as a cheap form of accommodation for people attending large open air events such as sporting meetings and music festivals. Organizers will provide a field and basic amenities.
